The thermostat is located at the end of the lower hose coming off the radiator.

Remove the plastic air plenum coming from the air cleaner to gain access to the thermostat housing.

Remove the electrical connector to the temperature sensor.

Get the clamp off the end of the radiator hose and remove the hose from the thermostat housing.

There are (2) 10 mm bolts holding the thermostat housing in place. You may want to remove a horizontal bolt clamping some wiring in place as well to get to the lower bolt.

Remove the housing and note the orientation of the thermostat.

Put new gasket on new thermostat and set in place in the manifold.

Bolt up new housing, replace the other bolts removed and reinstall the plenum to the air cleaner.
