How do you delete a new village in evony II?

In order to delete your city, first you have to:

1. Go to your 2nd city, or another city you aren't deleting.

2. Make sure all your heros, resources and troops are out of the city you are deleting.

3. Go to the city's town hal that you aren't deleting and go to citys or towns I believe.

4. Then select the city you want to delete.

(Make sure the city you are deleting is empty. *You need to have 2 cities and be a knight*)
