What does it mean when my dealership tells me my 2008 Jeep Wrangler needs new rear brake rotors and pads at 30000 miles even though I hear no screeching or grinding?
More information: I went in because I was having electrical issues which they could not fix but insisted my front brakes are at 20% and rear brakes are at 0%.
