Is the SPCA a non kill animal shelter?

yes, exept they will put animals to sleep if they are suffering( cancer, dying, etc)

If animals are not adopted within a certain time frame they will be destroyed.

I don't donate money to these places anymore. I have no problem giving opened bag cat food but never again will I donate to any animal shelter.
