If you are putting weight on even though you are eating right then it is probobly your age because when you become a teenager your body keeps most of the fat for obvious girly reasons!!!!You will loose that fat eventually after yo have finished teen growing!!!To loose weight excercise doesn't really matter it is what goes into your body that counts!!!Basically with every meal of the day you need to have about 1 portion of fruit or veg for example have bannana ,strawberries with yougurt on your weetibix!!For luu8nch you could have any basic fruit like bannana,orange,Apple pear etcand for tea time have veg like califlower ,cabbage,peas ,carrots etcI really hope this helps,good luck with your prom!!!!!!
