How can you tell if a male cat is fixed?

A male cat that is fixed will have a small incision on its scrotum where the testicles were removed during the neutering surgery. This incision may be slightly red or swollen immediately after the surgery, but should heal within a few days. Additionally, a fixed male cat will not exhibit typical mating behaviors such as spraying or yowling.
