What are the basic functions of a bank manager?

From the Word itselt "manager". He must be familiar with what it meant. He must be able to manage a certain organization like a bank itself. He must be able to communicate, encouraging peole to work harmoniously with each other. He also must be able to know his men, their character, and their capabilities to perform; keep them always inform; set an example; be sure that a given task is understood, supervised and accomplished. As a manager he must also train his men to work as a team.
