How do you install halo projector headlights on a 2008 eclipse GT?

Your projector headlights should come "plug n play" and have the female ends for your existing connects on the wiring harness. As for the additional wires for the halos the best or easiest way I found was wiring them into the parking light circuit. This worked for my projectors on my truck.
