What kind of oil for a Lincoln ls V8 2003?

I was looking at the 2003 Lincoln LS Owner Guide and it shows ( 5W-20 ,

certified for gasoline engines )

Motorcraft or equivalent oil meeting Ford specification WSS-M2C153-H

The use of synthetic blend or synthetic is not mandatory , the engine oil just

needs to meet the above shown specification
