Who has the rights to Tupac's music?

He ran a project called "The Underground Railroad" that aimed to keep youths off drugs by getting them involved in music. Though he did not live to realize this dream, his mother Afeni is currently attempting to carry on his work by raising money for a Center for the Arts.
