What does the suffering of a righteous person teaches us about the nature of God from the book of Job?

It merely relates to Job, you see suffering, if your a strong christian, that is, is a test to see what you will do with what God gives you.

Job suffered yes, but it was a test to see if he would curse God's name or not after having gone through so much. Satan saw that Job was a great steward of God and had so much that he asked God to test him by taking it all away from him and to see if he would still be so happy to serve him. So it shows that God is caring enough to temper us like steel (so to speak) to make us stronger even though we may be strong.
