Will it hurt taking your tongue piercing out after the second day?

Yes, most definitely. On the second day your tongue will be extremely swollen, and if your piercer did it correctly, the ball will be on pretty tight, and hard to get unscrewed. I would not advise taking it out after two days, but if you have too, and can getit out, it will still take a couple days for the swelling that has already occurred to go down.
