Where is the fuel pump located on a 2003 Honda accord coupe?

The fuel pump is located inside the gas tank. On this year there is an access panel either under the rear seat or on the trunk area. It a silver looking cover with about 8 bolts. Remove it ant the fuel pump is under that plate.
