issues may arise anywhere within the work place an problems may arise... for instance the is a patient whom you do not like and they are always coming to tell you their problems. you as a medical assistant should not be rude to the patient but try to advice them in the best way possible and if you cannot help them then refer them to some one else. this could be done also ask the them not to tel you their business it is unethical.
