Getting to sleep can sometimes be very hard if something is on your mind.To try and sleep you could try drinking a hot milky drink before bed and having a bath to calm you down before going to sleep.You could try lying on your left side and inhaling out of your left nostril,this is a yoga position that helps to calm you down.You could keep your eyes wide open and tell yourself that your not going to sleep this annoys your brain and makes it want to sleep so the pains go to your eyes meaning you shut them and fall asleep.You could also change your sleeping position and make sure it's dark in the room and your not too hot or too cold.
