I had a think mucus thread like creamy discharge with brown spots yesterday and today morning is this common during pregnancy no blood was seen?

I think so. I have this too on occassion. I am 18 weeks and just went to the doctor and they said as long as it does not itch or smell or there is red blood to not worry about it.
