Where can you read Pokemon manga online?

if ya go to www.pokecommunity.com and if ya search there, you'll find a link to a site where they put every volume on that they get, don't worry, it's great!! you can at least read volume 1 to volume 23, I've read 15-21 there, cuz i like the hoenn chapters! but i have ta warn you that the site is buzzy at the moment so i couldn't get there, when they've finished changing the site, it'll be online again! :]
