There are some points of view that I have never seen at all.

For example:

Second Person Plural,

future subjunctive progressive tense,

passive voice,

full omniscient.

If we hadn't have been going to the fair, Victor would not have been thinking of boiled lettuce and Martha wouldn't have been thinking about going to buy macaroons from Mark.
