Is the Nile Perch edible

It is best pan fried or baked. Good Eating! There are several recipes online. Search
google or Yahoo for 'Nile Perch Recipe" and you will find several. This is a good thing
for the people living on or around lake Victoria in Africa because the fish has taken
over the lake and pushed out most of the native species (to near extinction). But
the edible Nile Perch is abundant.
