you have to get them frozen or burned off just like regular warts..don't worry it isn't as painful as it sounds, i know from experience...i would go with freezing them if i were you (have a doctor do it) so you don't cause damage to the skin. Basically they just touch it with an q-tip that was dipped in liquid nitrogen, it freezez them, then they fall off and a week or two.
