There is no set standard for tipping for local moves, typically the guys generally get $20-$50 per person per move as an average. It is always better to give them cash than to put it on your credit card, because on a credit card they have to wait till there paycheck to receive the tip. If you can't afford that amount give what you can and enjoy your new place.
