Was Amazing Nurse Nanako ever OTN gagged?

In the actual series she was only ever tape gagged with a strip of white tape in the sixth and last episode (And stripped of her clothes apparently), but in the trailer for the series, Nanako was OTN gagged with a piece of white cloth to keep her quiet during the operation to remove her brain. But again, that was only during the trailer.
