Is the movie The Shining suitable for ages 13 and up?

It doesn't have any sex scenes or graphic violence, if that's what you're worried about. And it's creepy, but it's hardly the scariest movie out there. I don't see any reason why a 13 year-old shouldn't watch it. I think I was actually around 13 or 14 the first time I saw it.
