Can you take Benadryl with Tylenol PM?

Yes. Although you should be careful of the amount of Diphenhydramine you are taking. Both products contain this drug. It is one of the two drugs in Tylenol PM and the only drug in Benadryl. Generally you do not want to take more 100mg of Diphenhydramine.
