How do you remove a CD player from the dash of an rx8 2004 model?

To remove the CD player from a 2004 RX-8, first disconnect the negative battery terminal to ensure safety. Use a trim removal tool to carefully pry off the dashboard trim surrounding the CD player. Once the trim is removed, unscrew the mounting screws securing the CD player, then gently pull it out from the dash. Finally, disconnect the wiring harness and antenna cable attached to the back of the CD player.
