How much does a 94-02 Dodge Ranch Hand Bumper weigh?

I had the Ranch Hand Bull Nose installed on my '01 Ram and I believe the guy at the shop said it weighed about 300 lbs. They had to use a fork lift to hold it while they bolted the bumper to the frame.
