Your 1997 Honda cr250r was bogging down while riding and the kick start can easily be push by hand The bike will not start unless push started and runs very rough What should you check?
spark plug if it wont start rings for no compression and also the piston if it wont start and the spark plug will make it bog down if its about fouled out
