Why do you think king Henry VIII insisted that everyone in England belong to the church of England?

King Henry didn't build the Church of England, it had been in Britain over a thousand years, he'd been a member all his life and was to continue in it till he died. Neither was there another one till 1570, when a schismatic one was set up in a failed attempt to excite a civil religious war by the Trentites!
