what countries have no digital media?

As of my last knowledge update in October 2021, there are no countries completely devoid of digital media, but some nations have extremely limited access due to factors like government censorship, lack of infrastructure, or economic challenges. Countries like North Korea severely restrict digital media and the internet for their citizens. Additionally, some remote or conflict-affected regions may have very limited digital media presence. However, these situations are subject to change as technology evolves and access expands.
