Why sweat smell varies from person to person?

Part of it is due to a difference in bacteria that is produced along with the sweat and the bacteria in the area and the other variant is a difference in the hormones. Another thing is that it will smell different to different people due to the hormones, just as an animal can identify another animal by scent.
