How can you sell art work by Helen Rumpel?

I plan to leave an original stitchery by Helenn Rumpel to a Texas museum that collects her work. I forget its name. You can google the artist and find her e-mail address, write and she will tell you its name. I suspect the answer is "The Southwest Collection" at Texas Tech University. They have an extensive collection of Helenn Rumpel's work in their archive.
