Actually it's all false.In the parody book "tintin in Thailand".captain haddock and calculus end up with prostitutes and tin tin ends up with a boy.So many people started telling that tin tin is gay.the fan protested politely that don't take him in a wrong way and let him be a hero as he is for 80 years.
