Do humans take all the bees honey meant for them?

No beekeeper takes all of the honey in the hive. Any honey in the brood frames is always left.

In the autumn/fall beekeepers will feed the bees with sugar syrup or similar to make sure the bees have enough stores to see them through the coming winter.
