Only when applying it to a good diet. 2-3 cheeseburgers a day plus greentea or Diet Coke will only cause you heartbreak at scale time.
Also, it's actually better to make the tea yourself and not any processed/artificial sugars. Some fresh milk (2-3 teaspoons) is enough to sweeten the tea. (or a just single teaspoons of sugarcane sugar or honey.)
