Can a cockroach survive in microwave oven for a minute?

its a common mistake that cockroach's can sustain radiation and short micro waves , the problem with microwave is that the Micro wave is turned to heat rapidly which well kill the insect and make it explode duo to the increase of mass to its internal liquids , finally please don't try to do this its foal and inhuman .

WRONG.

I found out by accident, just now. I have seen Roaches get into things including Microwaves. I can usually kill them if I see one. Today I was heating up some Hot Dogs and had the MW set on the highest 1200 Watts for 2 minutes. After I started the Cycle I noticed a full grown adult Cockroach running around inside. It never got near the rotating tray or food. It kept running around the walls and top the entire 2 minutes.

I opened the door and had a napkin ready to kill it. It cowered in the back corner, with absolutely no effect on it. So yes they can survive an a microwave oven for at least 2 minutes.
