How do you reset the alarm on my Mercedes E320 so that my car will start?

disconnect the battery and reconnect.

when the battery is reconnected within 20 secinds turn the ignition on and press the immobiliser button on the remote device ( the unlock button on the key ).

that should reprogramme the receiver and the transmmitter.
