Can woodchulks climb wood and fences?

Woodchucks, also known as groundhogs, are not particularly adept climbers. While they can climb short obstacles like low fences or logs, they generally prefer to stay on the ground. Their body structure and behavior are more suited for digging and burrowing rather than climbing, so they usually do not venture high up on wood or fences.
