In reduced visibility conditions, a non-powered display should at a minimum include clear, reflective, or luminescent elements that enhance visibility, such as bright colors and high-contrast markings. It should also feature large, easily readable text or symbols to convey critical information effectively. Additionally, the display should be positioned at a height and angle that maximizes its visibility to approaching observers.
