How do you finish cedar wood?

Though cedar wood will perform better than most other woods if left without a finish, it will look better and last longer if a protective finish is applied and maintained. All of our cedar wood products are coated with natural linseed oil for protection. If you like the finished look of the linseed oil on our cedar wood products, you should apply a new layer to it once a year, if not the cedar wood will aged to a silver gray look when exposed to the out door weather elements.
