Was Jack Smith on I dream of Jeannie?

Jack Ward Smith (of TV's "You Asked for It") appeared at least three times on the show in small roles, notably as Congressman Widdicomb in the first episode of the three-part "Genie, Genie, Who's Got the Genie" which aired January 16, 1968.
