What is Basic first party benefit coverage?

Basic First Party benefits are for Auto Insurance. They cover major medical, incidental loss, Funeral Expence and accidental death. You can get auto insurance with just liability only, but you would then have no coverage for any major medical bills that could arise out of an accident or any funeral expenses and such.
