How do you care for dama de noche?

Queen of the night is a name given to several night-flowering, bat or moth-pollenated plants around the world. The most common are stephanotis sp. and selenicereus spp.. Culture are very different - the first is an evergreen tropical vine that likes good light but no direct sun, the second is a climbing/scrambling cactus.
