They don't drug test your liver.

Blood tests don't look for drugs, only drug tests.

AD: If you're worried about doctors finding drugs in your liver, may I suggest you either don't take the drugs in the first place, or perhaps remove your liver before going to the doctors... they can't find what isn't there!

(ADD - I was joking about the liver part - probably not too good to go about removing your organs...)
