Are beagles aggressive

beagles are a kind breed of dog. they get along with most other dogs, cats, and children. they are known to be a very family friendly pet. no they are calm and so no they are a perfect family pets ----------------------------------------------------------- Beagles are calm, relaxed and very easy going. However during the puppy ages they like to bite more than other dogs, (while they are teething). They don't mind being pet but since they are hunters DO NOT STICK YOUR FACE QUICKLY INTO THEIRS, (as with any dog), they won't bite, but they will growl and lung for your face. -Paws40 no not at all i have one and he is really placid and loves being around children and other dogs and dosent care about cats at all -calrufc
