How do you find out how many bells you have spent at Tom Nook's store in Animal Crossing Wild World?

You receive one point for every 100 bells spent, so just multiply the number of points you have by 100. Point values could be rounded, however, (i.e. spending 230 bells could give you only 2 points) so this is only an approximation.
