Who is the opening act for Bon Jovi in Fargo ND?

While there were some dates on their "Because We Can" tour where they had an opening act, none of the newspapers mentioned one for this particular date. This concert took place in Toronto, and prior to their performance, Bon Jovi was inducted into the Air Canada Centre's Hall of Fame, and then the band went onstage to perform. I enclose a review of their performance that night.
