Is Groudon in Pokemon Gold

Groudon is a Ground type legendary Pokemon and the mascot of Pokemon Ruby. It can only be found in Pokemon Ruby, Pokemon Emerald, and in Pokemon SoulSilver is the player obtains a Red Orb.
