What happens if you don't smoke marijuana and you are around someone that does will you fail a drug test?

NO. Unless you were hot boxing (smoking weed in a car/area with all the Windows rolled up) there really is no way to fail a test unless you inhale directly. Second-hand marijuana smoke is a myth, you won't get high and it won't show up on a drug test.
