What is the target audience for Spider-Man 3?

Comic book fans mostly. Also really anyone above the age of 13 who wanted to see it, as well as people under 13 who have parents that want to see it. And of those, only ones with a movie theater anywhere in the vicinity of their home and with enough money to buy however many tickets they need. And NO BAD CRITICS!!!
