What tv show theme song was feels so good by chuck mangione?

Not to my knowledge, the song or one of his compositions was adopted by the Special Olympics program, by the way, and may have been used for ad council public awareness ads for this event.

Parts of it sound a lot like the second theme song for ALF. You can find both songs on YouTube to compare. Not nearly an exact match, but made me feel better when I made the connection.

There is another part that sounds super familiar, too, but not sure what it's from :( Still looking for the answer!

The only song that I was able to make the connection is the intro theme song to M*A*S*H called "Suicide is Painless"

I've convinced myself that it must be the mash theme after listening to it for the umpteenth time in comparison to "Feels So Good". Anyways.. it was enough to give me peace of mind, hope this helps.
